Terms of Service
General
I strictly prohibit the use of my art for AI or NFT purposes. I will decline any commission request that asks for either of these.
I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason. I also reserve the right to drop any commissions if you are rude, do not communicate, or are overly aggressive.
General turnaround time for commissions will be roughly 1-2 months, depending on the commission type and my current workload. I work a full-time job on top of doing artwork, so I will do my best to get your commission done as soon as I can with the time I have!
All communication on commissions will be done via email ([email protected]), or via DMs on Ko-fi, Blusky (onethousxndvces.bky.social), or Discord (onethousxndvoices).
All commissions are for personal use ONLY. Commercial use is NOT allowed unless discussed ahead of time.
If you post your commission publicly or use it as a profile picture/banner, please credit me in the post or in your bio.
You are not allowed to trace, reproduce, or edit the final product. You may not claim the artwork to be of your own doing.
I will not sell the art you commission from me, but I do reserve the right to post the final products to my socials once the final payment is received. If you would like me to opt out of publicly posting your commission for any reason, please let me know ahead of time.
Payment
All commission payments will be done via Ko-fi or PayPal in USD.
All changes requested during the initial sketch phase are free. Extra fees will be charged for any additional changes requested after the initial sketch is finalized.
To ensure clarity in our communication, I will explicitly mention when the finalization process begins so you will know when fees start to apply to any further change requests.
All sales are FINAL + nonrefundable after the finalization process begins. If you are no longer satisfied with the piece after this point, extra fees may be charged to compensate for any discarded work.
